We have 3,500 sq ft of production area which is fully insulated, together with central heating and a built in dehumidifier, creating a clean and fully climate controlled environment enabling a consistently high quality to be achieved. Divided into two area - cloth preperation and machine shop with plumbed in extraction. The vacuum table area houses a heated, gloss finish 13.2 x 4.2m surface table enclosed by a walk in oven. In addition to the large vacuum table we have a 9 x 1.8m table for smaller components.
Through a dedicated computer data logging facility, intergral to the vacuum table and oven, we can record and monitor the tempreature and vacuum pressure over the complete cure cycle. We can offer comprehensive processing certification when required.
Using our 8' x4' AXYZ CNC router, we are able to reduce production times, costs and increase accuracy. 3-axis cutting of tools and components are processed using CAD files generated by ourselves or submitted by the client. The colour A0 drwaing plotter also provides full size templates as patterns which can be infused onto the face side to transfer information and datums.
